Working with the most reputable third-party QC companies and testing labs, we ensure all goods are inspected at every stage of production to ensure that quality is maintained throughout – from pre-production mould and raw material inspections to mid-production & post-production spot checks and finally pre-shipment packaging inspections.
Only once your branded merchandise has been thoroughly checked to ensure it meets agreed AQL levels, will our QA engineers approve your products for despatch.
Through our vast experience in developing branded merchandise across all major product categories, and distributing globally to multiple territories, we understand the complex and varying compliance legislation for different products in international markets.
As such, our Quality Control team works closely with our globally renowned testing labs to carry out a safety risk assessment on all the products we manufacture in order to identify and decide how best to assess any possible risks.
Once agreed, we always ensure that the relevant product safety tests are carried out with the testing labs and that all branded products are fully compliant, satisfying every legal requirement for their intended market of distribution.
